here’s what you get
Weekly live trainings and teachings - I’ll be going through everything I’ve learned as a stockbroker turned business coach. You’ll learn how to ask the right questions, how to remain neutral, how to show your clients their own brains and teach them how to reframe those negative thoughts. You’ll learn how to reduce harm, such as identifying gaslighting you may be unintentionally performing, suicide awareness, trauma informed coaching and guiding your clients to get in tune with their body with the Mind, Body, Soul model. You’ll learn the difference between coaching and consulting, how to navigate it when your client is struggling to be a supportive, safe person and so much more. These weekly trainings will be the basis of your certification and will propel you to the next level.
These will happen on Monday’s at 1030am eastern time in zoom. Yes, a replay will be available.
Weekly group coaching and Q&A - Every week we will meet in zoom to discuss any questions you have about the teachings and coach you through any scenarios that come up for you! You’ll be supported and encouraged as you implement the new skills you’ve been learning.
These will happen on Wednesdays at 1030am eastern time. Yes, a replay will be available.
A private Facebook community - This is where we will come together to share our struggles and our wins! You can ask questions here and practice on each other (if you want)

How do I get the certification?
In order to successfully complete the course and become Mindset Coaching Certified you must go through every training and attend a minimum of 17 of the 22 coaching sessions. You must also submit recordings of 2 coaching sessions you’ve lead with clients (these can be current clients you have, friends, family, or free coaching sessions)
Will you be talking about marketing and sales?
No. The Mindset Coaching Certification is just that. A course to give you the skills, tools and resources to successfully help your clients more effectively. If you’d like marketing and sales assistance I strongly recommend enrolling in the $10k Formula Inner Circle! This membership has tons of trainings, materials and coaching to help you
What is the investment?
This is the first time launching the Brittany Budd Mindset Coaching Academy, so the introductory rate is $5000. The next time enrollment opens the investment will be $10,000.
I’m not sure I need this for my niche, should I still apply?
Yes! It might seem like you don’t coach your clients on mindset but you do! The brain creates the reality, and your client hired you because they don’t love their current reality and want your help to change it. Plus, this is great for you to manage your own brain better and can be used on your partner or your kids too ;)
